Wonderful Stay!
evening flight clean surrounding
The bus stop in front was convenient for late evening flights. There were also food places nearby that opened early, I saw a 7-Eleven right outside. The surroundings felt good and clean!
The pillow was too soft, it was out of shape. The hairdryer blew weakly, I had trouble drying my fringe.

The front desk staff were very kind, they patiently answered all our questions. Check-in and check-out occurred quickly, I appreciated the prompt and helpful service from the staff .

The room I selected offered a mountain view, it was nice to see greenery after looking at the computer. The room was equipped with an air purifier, I used it to ensure the air felt fresh .

Really good Service and Convenient Amenities
really good service local attraction
marco and kenny, the lobby managers, provided really good service i really appreciated their genuine warmth and professionalism. their recommendations for local attractions allowed me to discover hidden gems i had a wonderful time exploring the area. i hope they are staying cool and doing well, as it was a hot day when we met.
the receptionist, martin tsang, treated guests poorly i thought his demeanor was rude during check-in. i felt unwelcome and the hotel management should address this issue immediately as this is not a one-time occurance.

the hotel staff provided efficient shuttle bus service to nearby mtr stations this was particularly convenient as the hotel is a ten-minute walk from tai wo hau station. advance reservations are required which helped maintain a smooth flow.

the room was clean and housekeeping staff were friendly. the hotel provided self-service washing machines, dryers, and iron boards to do their laundry i consider this initiative very helpful. the hotel also promotes green practices with water dispensers on every floor.

Convenient Shuttle and Clean Rooms

The free shuttle to Kwai Fong MTR station was very helpful. It gave access to shopping malls and restaurants. I also appreciated the bus stop and 7-Eleven nearby. The room was clean (I liked that) and looked slightly more spacious than other hotels in the area.
The hotel's distance from the main attractions presented some inconvenience. Walking to the nearest train station took about ten minutes.

I did not eat in the hotel restaurant, but it looked nice. Many restaurants were also within a 5-10 minute walk.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. They seemed a bit more spacious compared to other hotels I have visited. Basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body gel were provided.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service to a nearby mall and MTR station. Staff at the front desk were helpful and courteous. The concierge team was very friendly and willing to assist guests.

the free shuttle to the metro was super. it made getting around easy. the 7-eleven next door was also really handy for snacks and drinks. the room did have a good shower.

attentive staff modern machines clean swimming pool
The staff was attentive and met all my needs promptly. i found rex and kein to be especially helpful! the hotel's gym has modern machines, a great place for maintaining my fitness routine. the swimming pool is clean. I found it a very relaxing environment after a long day.

the free shuttle bus to the plaza ran every 30 minutes and it was convenient.
the new card deposit system created a hassle at checkout. i was asked for a receipt i wasn't told to keep. it was annoying to recover my deposit without one

small room unhelpful staff
the room was small. i couldn't even open my suitcase properly. also, i found the reception staff unhelpful, as they didn't seem to understand english well. it made getting any issues resolved a real struggle, frustrating after a long day of travel.
